Design terms

By submitting any artwork, design, name, logo, or image to PRINT GG — including through our Google Form, email, Shopee, or any other channel — you agree to these Terms.

You confirm that you own the submitted materials, or that you have all licenses and permissions needed for PRINT GG to print and fulfill your order.

PRINT GG is a made-to-order printer only. We do not create your design, and we do not assume ownership of it.

You are solely responsible for any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property claim arising from the materials you provide.

PRINT GG and its owner shall have no liability for infringement or misuse of third-party rights in designs you upload or send.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRINT GG, its owner, and its agents from any claim, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your submitted materials or your breach of these Terms.

PRINT GG may refuse, pause, or cancel an order if we reasonably believe the materials may infringe another person’s rights or violate applicable law. Refusal or cancellation does not waive your responsibility for materials already submitted.

Checking the box below and providing your name and email constitutes your electronic acceptance of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

If you do not agree, do not upload or send any design.
